This website has been developed to keep interested parties informed of developments on the second phase of the White Cart Water flood prevention scheme being implemented by Glasgow City Council.

Contract 2 comprises the construction of flood defences along sections of the White Cart Water and Auldhouse Burn in the south side of the city

Works associated with Contract 2 commenced in January 2009 and are due for completion by August 2011, two months ahead of schedule.
