Contract 2 - project team

	Glasgow City Council are the promoters of the White Cart Water Flood Prevention Scheme and act as the Project Manager
	Volker Stevin were appointed by Glasgow City Council in October 2008 to construct the urban flood defences.
	Halcrow were appointed by Glasgow City Council in 2002 to develop and design the flood prevention scheme. During the construction phase they will be actively involved in the management and supervision.
