Complaints can be made by telephone, by letter or by email, using the contact details opposite and providing the following information:

  • Location and source of the nuisance (if known).
  • Nature of the nuisance (e.g. banging, machinery noise, dust or vibrations).
  • Details about the time(s) the nuisance occurs.
  • Contact details of complainant.
